A woman has been fined AU$83,000 ($90,000) after she chopped down two of her neighbour's trees.
Yueling Liu was fed up with leaves from her neighbour's tree landing in her swimming pool.
So the Sydney woman took matters into her own hands, hiring a contractor to cut down the native 15m-tall cheese trees.
When the neighbour returned home, they were greeted by two little stumps and no trees.
As well as complaining about leaves falling into her pool, Liu also told council workers that the trees, which had a canopy of five metres, were sparking during storms.
