A Texas mother has been arrested on charges related to the death of her four-year-old daughter after she allegedly didn't call 911 because her cell phone was 'low on minutes.'
Jessica Briones, 34, walked into the San Antonio police substation on September 5, carrying her unresponsive daughter Olivia.
The toddler had injuries on her head, face and arms, according to My San Antonio.
Olivia was immediately taken to University Hospital, where she was pronounced dead the following day.
Briones is accused of causing her daughter Olivia serious bodily injury, the MailOnline reported.
Briones allegedly told investigators that she didn't call 911 because she couldn't find her cell phone and was "low on minutes."
