The River City Boxing Club added two more titles to their mantle at the North Island Golden Gloves Championships in Taupo at the weekend.
Trainer Eddie Tofa took three fighters to the event, but unfortunately Jesse Malcolm, 16, had to win his division unopposed without another fighter of comparative level.
Both Egelani Taito, 25 and Majer Cook-Apiata, 14, were able to get bouts.
"They both went straight to the final," said Tofa.
Cook-Apiata did not win his Cadet fight, but Taito continued his recent run of good form with victory at 91kg Elite Novice.
