Three people were hurt when the vehicle they were in crashed into a house in Great North Rd, Whanganui, this morning.

Emergency services were at the scene of the accident, in which a white ute appears to have taken out a fence and driven through a garden before hitting the house.

Police said the crash happened about 9.30am on Sunday.
