Whanganui's Richard Dibben has cleaned up the 2017 Suzuki Series super moto class at today's Cemetery Circuit.
A win that not only allows Dibben to reclaim his title after three consecutive years but one that also breaks a new record.
Due to mechanical failure, Dibben had been defeated by Taupo's Duncan Hart every year since 2014 but today that all changed.
Not ready to give up on his "old bike", Dibben said he just really wanted to get through the race without a crash or mechanical failure.
"It was a nice day for a ride and the old lady pulled through," Dibben said.
