Whanganui River Markets bigger than ever in lead up to Christmas

Whanganui River Markets will be open for longer this weekend.

The popular Whanganui River Markets will be extra busy this Saturday and next with every available bit of space taken up by more than 200 stalls alongside the river.

The market opens with a Christmas theme at 8.30am and usual trading time has been extended an extra hour to 2pm on both dates to give people more time to stroll through.
