What: Film Night: Richard Wotton ‘Moments later’. Celebrated Whanganui photographer Richard Wotton is profiled in this short film by Kevin Double and Melita Farley, as he explores the seldom noticed architecture in Whanganui. Wotton has been documenting buildings in the city for almost 50 years. Ignoring the picture postcard views, his work highlights the beauty in functional architecture, and catalogues a unique period in the city’s life. Richard Wotton will be in conversation with Director Kevin Double after the screening.
