Vehicles of all types will take to Whanganui's streets in this year's Daffodil Rally for Cancer, organised by the Wanganui Vintage Car Club.
Organiser Peter Hardy said although the club was running the "scatter run" event, participants did not need to be club members or have a vintage car and any type of vehicle was welcome.
"If someone wants to come along on their electric bike, that's fine with me," Hardy said.
"The idea is to have families taking part and bringing their children and grandchildren. Anyone can join in and I promise it will all be good fun."
Participants will meet at the Vintage Car Club rooms in Whanganui East where they will receive a map with 30 locations pinpointed on it, accompanied by quiz questions relating to each site. The questions have different points allocated to them, meaning participants need to work out the best route to amass the most points within the 90-minute event.
