Waitokia's charges
Johnny Puke Waitokia appeared in Whanganui District Court on Tuesday facing seven charges. They relate to breaches of community work and home detention conditions, supplying cannabis and methamphetamine and unlawfully carrying or possessing a firearm. Waitokia will return to Whanganui District court on July 27 for sentencing.

Whanganui man Warren Miles Joseph has appeared in Whanganui District Court on charges of theft, burglary, procuring or possessing cannabis, breaching community work and breaching supervision. He was remanded in custody and will reappear on July 31 for a case review hearing.
