Christie said the vehicle stands out with its unique style and paintjob, and would be difficult for anyone to sell on.

One report placed it on the back of a truck or trailer travelling on Glasgow St around 3.10pm.
A second possible sighting had the vehicle again on the back of a truck, this time travelling on Heads Rd towards Castlecliff around 4pm.
Christie made a post about his stolen car on Facebook, which has been shared more than 300 times.
