Whanganui's paraclimbing exponent Rachel Carter has been nominated for two prizes at the 2018 Attitude Awards, being held in Auckland on November 28.
In its 11th year, the Attitude Awards are a televised event celebrating the achievements of New Zealanders living with disabilities.
They can recognise artists, athletes, employers, young people and anyone else who has made a positive impact.
There are eight categories including Youth Spirit, Emerging Athlete, Sporting Spirit and Entrepreneur.
The 35-year-old Carter is nominated for the Spirit of Attitude award and the Emerging Athlete award.
