Happiness and well-being is the focus of the Nourish Your Soul day, to be held on May 13.
Co-organised by Tracy Dillon, Robin Williamson and Natasha Huntley, the expo is being held to inspire people to take time to look after themselves, and to find some new ways of doing that.
Ms Dillon said there would be a great variety of stalls at the expo day and visitors will be able to find out about and try natural therapies for a small cost, as well as buy products.
"Some of the offerings include hand labyrinths, body wraps, natural skin products, oracle cards, crystals, books, meditation CDs, reflexology, iridology, reiki, aromatherapy, readings, artwork, herbal medicine, straw beehives, heritage seeds, crystal light bed treatments, energy healing and much more.
Running alongside the stalls will be free mini workshops on such varied topics as yoga, meditation, labyrinth, belly dancing and FLoTD (For Love of the Dance moving meditation). There will also be talks running throughout the day on nutrient-dense food, hypnotherapy, suicide, depression to wellness, hybrid straw beehives.
"We know a lot of people in our community who are doing amazing things and we thought this would be a great opportunity to promote everyone and create more awareness around natural and alternative ways of healing and wellness," Ms Dillon said.
