"Unfortunately there is that ill health which of course is very much at play on Mr Rainham's worries at the moment.
"In addition to that he has also just learnt that he'sgoing to be losing their family home because of the limited finances that have now been impacted.
"There have been a lot of stresses on him. He tells me hasn't been sleeping well for the last month because of all of those concerns."
Rainham's offending occurred between August and November last year.
Judge Crayton said there were good sides to Rainham, but overall he was somebody that does not have a positive character.
"You were given an opportunity on bail and as became clear, you went back to drug dealing.
"I do note that you are motivated to address your drug use and you expressed remorse for having engaged in drug supply."
A pre-sentence report made it clear that Rainham was motivated by money.
"It was a commercial exercise, not in a conventional sense of a high lifestyle, but to pay for the headstones for your children," Judge Crayton said.
"That is a motivation which many may be able to understand, but it can in no way of course justify engaging in drug supply of this nature."
Rainham was sentenced to imprisonment and Judge Crayton also ordered destruction of the drugs and utensils.
He also remitted $1830 in fines which was converted into one months' imprisonment which was to run concurrent.
