Hair dye, bacon, steak, biscuits and lollies were all items stolen by a 33-year-old man on four separate occasions in Whanganui.
Antonio Hawea-Edwards pleaded guilty to three shoplifting charges and one burglary when he appeared in the Whanganui District Court on Tuesday.
Hawea-Edwards confessed to stealing bacon valued at $20 from a Four Square; hair colour valued at $13 from a property he unlawfully entered; two packs of sirloin steak valued at $36.82 from New World; and biscuits and lollies valued at $15.15 from New World.
He was also accused of stealing a sheet set valued at $249.99 from Briscoes on July 9 and had another burglary charge.
