A man has died following an incident at a workplace in Halcombe, Manawatū, on Friday morning.
A police spokeswoman said emergency services were called at 8.38am.
"Sadly, a 47-year-old man has passed away following the incident."
She said WorkSafe had been advised and the matter had been referred to the coroner.
