How long have you lived in Wanganui? Five years.

What attracted you to the region? Family heritage and lifestyle, family farm to supervise, family heritage home to live in, Collegiate School and UCOL's Fine Arts programme.

Who is the city/region's unsung hero? So many people give so generously of their time - it's Wanganui's strength.

What do you most like about living here? Short driving distances, it's really easy to get to know a lot of people from all walks of life, and to really feel part of a community, the very accessible and vibrant arts scene, the trees, heritage buildings, fantastic sport facilities.

If there was one thing you could change for the better, what would it be? For our population to increase to about 75,000 so we could afford to properly support the arts and entertainment.
