Wanganui people can go to free learning sessions on all things eco for the next few days, Nelson Lebo says.
The spread of 21 events starts tomorrow afternoon with a session on home heating options and ends the following Sunday with one on having tomatoes ripe for Christmas.
Dr Lebo, one of the organisers, said it all started with adult eco-literacy sessions for adult learners' week.
He has provided those in Wanganui for the previous two years, with support from Adult and Community Education (ACE). They have carried on into a Whanganui Permaculture Weekend on September 12-13.
"The permaculture ethic is earth care, people care, fair share so we invited anyone and everyone to share their permaculture passion."
