The Ministry of Health reported 89 new community cases of Covid-19 in the Whanganui region on Thursday.
According to the ministry, there were no further deaths with Covid-19 in Whanganui, and no cases of Covid-19 in Whanganui Hospital.
Nationally, the ministry reported 9392 new community cases of Covid-19, 398 of whom were in hospital.
Nine more people have died with Covid-19.
