The Whanganui region has recorded 106 new community cases of Covid-19, according to the Ministry of Health.
It also reported two people in Whanganui Hospital with Covid-19 on Wednesday.
Nationally, the ministry reported new 7050 community cases nationwide.
Throughout the country, there were 361 people in hospital with Covid-19, with 14 people in ICU.
The ministry reported the deaths of 24 people with Covid-19.
