Connected is the Government's one-stop shop for employment, education and training.
Palmerston North's Work and Income Service Centre is one of 35 employment sites across the country to have a Connected space providing New Zealanders with support and advice on the wide range of employment, education and training available through government agencies.
In response to Covid-19, a range of support has been made available to help businesses and individuals, including job creation, training programmes and more support for apprenticeships.
People can find it hard to find the right support and services, so Connected has been established as a one-stop shop.
You can drop into the Connected space without an appointment for help to find jobs, study or training opportunities, as well as careers advice.
Businesses can discover how to find staff or access other government support.
