Two Wanganui Collegiate First XV players will join more than 50 others from around the Hurricanes catchment for a Under 18 camp run by the Super 15 franchise.
Openside flanker Te Atuarere Albert and lock Johnny Osborne were selected for the camp at Feilding High School next month.
The Hurricanes press release said the camp would allow the players "to learn new on-field skills from the region's top provincial union coaches, as well as increasing their knowledge of the off-field aspects of the professional game".
Collegiate coach Guy Lennox said rather than making nominations, the players were scouted from around the region during games in the Central North Island First XV competition.
Prop Cameron Neilson and hooker/loose forward Joe Edwards were also close to a look in, Lennox said.
