Three people, including two children, were taken to hospital on Wednesday night following a two-vehicle crash in central Wanganui.
None of the people taken to hospital was seriously injured in the crash, which happened just before 6pm on the corner of Glasgow St and London St.
Wanganui fire service station officer Carl Moon said no people were trapped in their cars, and occupants were attended to by St John paramedics.
St John duty manager Trudy Taylor confirmed the three occupants of one car - a woman and two small children - were transported to Whanganui Hospital, but were not badly hurt.
The two people in the other car did not need to be taken to hospital.
