Fresh from performing as in New Plymouth Operatic Society's Mary Poppins musical, Bryony Williams joins the Operatunity cast to celebrate all things Irish at the Whanganui War Memorial Centre in February.
Williams joins fiddler extraordinaire Jess Hindin and Operatunity's core team of Sue Boland, John Cameron, Bonaventure Allan-Moetaua & Karl Perigo.
Born in Canterbury, England, Williams has had a highly successful music career in England and New Zealand.
After studying at the New Zealand School of Music, Williams completed a bachelor of music and postgraduate diploma in classical voice.
She has performed several famous roles such as Helena in A Midsummer Night's Dream, the title role in Handel's Alcina, Ino in Semele, and most recently Mary in Mary Poppins with the New Plymouth Operatic Society.
