"There are so many rewards you reap when you give yourself the time to regularly attend a class and nourish your mind, body and soul," she says.
Among those rewards are increased flexibility, strength, muscle tone and energy. "Your focus and concentration will improve in all areas of your life and you'll begin to feel any stress or tension melt away."
Ms Beaumont began studying yoga instruction in May last year and finished her qualification earlier this month. "I am excited to encourage others to embark, continue or resume their own Yoga practice."
Many workout fads come and go, but not Yoga, she says. Yoga has been around for more than 5000 years.
Classes are suitable for all ages and capabilities, she says, although not for pregnant women.
"Whether you can only attend one class every month or five classes per week, if you take the time to incorporate yoga into your lifestyle you're guaranteed to head on the path toward optimum health and well being."
Classes begin on January 30 and will be offered four evenings a week with a morning class on Tuesdays.
