The man accused of killing former Whanganui woman Jo Pert is facing a further 12 charges relating to other victims and potential victims in the hours before and after Ms Pert's death.
Suppression of the charges against Tevita Mafi Filo, 24, was yesterday lifted in the High Court at Auckland by Justice Lang.
Filo has been in police custody since January 7 following the death of Ms Pert that same day.
Mother-of-two Ms Pert was killed in Shore Rd, Auckland, as she went for a morning jog. Filo is charged with her murder.
Ms Pert is the daughter of Whanganui couple Kevin and Janice Pert. The family still live in Castlecliff. Her funeral was held at Raetihi.
