Grant Bradley is the deputy editor at the Business Herald, based in Auckland. He has worked at the New Zealand Herald for more than 30 years in senior roles including chief reporter and deputy news editor, and his current role also writes about tourism and aviation. He was the Australasian Aviation Press Club journalist of the year in 2016 and has also won awards from that organisation for multimedia coverage and news reporting on airlines. He has written extensively about the energy sector for the Business Herald. Earlier in his career, he worked at The Press in Christchurch, London News Service and the New Zealand Press Association. He won the Harry Brittain fellowship to study journalism in the UK in 1995, was awarded the inaugural MFAT Focus Latin America study grant in 1996 and a Royal Norwegian Embassy grant to study the energy sector in Norway in 2015.
