MorningCider
Some of the team behind Morningside's community-minded cafe Crave have come together to create a craft cider brand called MorningCider with the hope of contributing positively to their neck of the woods. By the end of the year, they hope to have planted 200 apple trees around Morningside for their next batch, which those in the neighbourhood will help to create.
"We're all keen to make the neighbourhood of Morningside the best place to live," says co-founder Tim Shallard. Their three brews are currently on tap at Crave and they're planning to open one of New Zealand's only cider bars later in the year.
