These Chocolate-Dipped Goat's Cheese Balls Are A Perfect Way To End A Meal

Combine these two ingredients for a match made in heaven. You could add another ingredient such as dried raspberries, pistachios or a drizzle of honey.

CHOCOLATE-DIPPED GOAT'S CHEESE BALLS RECIPE
Makes 8

150g goat's cheese
125g dark chocolate

1. Place the goat's cheese in a bowl and mash with a fork until smooth. Roll into small balls and place on to a piece of baking paper in the fridge for 30 minutes.

2. Cut the chocolate into pieces and place in a bowl over simmering water, ensuring the bowl doesn't touch the water. Stir until the chocolate is completely smooth.

3. Using two forks, dip the goat's cheese balls into the chocolate and place back on to the paper. Refrigerate until set.

4. Store in an airtight container.
