• 8 sausages
• 8 hot dog sized bread rolls
Topping 1
• 2 onions, caramelised
• ½ red pepper, sliced and roasted
• 80g blue cheese
Topping 2
• 2 cups asian slaw,
• 4 Tbsp pickle
Sauces
Home-made tomato sauce, garlic aioli
1. Barbecue or pan fry the sausages. Slice the rolls and heat the bread in the oven.
2. Fill your buns with a sausage and your chosen topping.
