This is a fun dish to enjoy with a crowd. If you have a gas burner, try cooking the meal in the pot at the table. You can swap out the meat or vegetable options to your taste. To spice it up, add a teaspoon or two of Sichuan pepper.
Serves 4
- In a large pot, bring the stock and gochujang paste to a simmer.
- Add the mushrooms, onion, broccolini, and noodles and cook through.
- Just before serving, add the cabbage and sprouts, cook to wilt, and then add the beef. Season to taste with salt.
- Mix the soy, pepper, chilli sauce and garlic. Add half to the pot and serve the remaining on the side.
