A Pour-Over-Everything Berry Coulis Recipe

Pour this over icecream, drizzle over a lemon tart or simply fold through some Greek yoghurt and top with berries. This is a great simple gift, making the most of the beautiful summer berries while they are here.

GRAND MARNIER FRUIT COULIS

Makes 2 cups

1 kg fresh or frozen berries

¼ cup icing sugar

½ tsp vanilla essence

¼ cup Grand Marnier (or a little more)
  1. Place the berries, icing sugar, vanilla and Grand Marnier in a blender, blitzing until smooth.
  2. Depending on the berries you used, you may like to sieve for a smoother coulis.
  3. Enjoy or add a ribbon and surprise a friend with a homemade gift.
