A Mango & Ginger Smoothie Recipe That’s Perfect If You’re Short On Time

Use your favourite milk to make these smoothies. I like the taste of nutty oat. Flag the garnish if you are having this as your rush out the door to work!

MANGO AND FRESH GINGER SMOOTHIE RECIPE

Serves 2

2 cups fresh mango

1cm cube of peeled ginger

2 cups ice

2 cups oat milk

2 tsp runny honey

Mint and ice, to serve
  1. Into a blender place the mango, ginger, ice, milk and honey. Blend under completely smooth.
  2. Pour into your glasses with a little extra ice and mint if desired.
