VIVA X The Fred Hollows Foundation
Viva has teamed up with The Fred Hollows Foundation for a second year to support its efforts in restoring eyesight for those in need across the Pacific – just in time for Christmas. A limited-edition tote bag comes free with any $35 donation to The Foundation, helping give sight to one needlessly blind person in the Pacific. The artwork has been created by Viva creative director Dan Ahwa and is entitled Fresh Choice. "This artwork represents the colours and textures of the main market in Salelologa, Savai'i, where fresh local produce is sold every day. It's important for people in the Pacific to go back to their roots and eat healthily, especially as diabetes is one of the main contributors to blindness across the Pacific."
