"My own personal style stems from the music. I've always enjoyed clothes and jewellery... but when I started to get more experimental with my music I became quite fascinated with theatricality, surrealism and innovation in music. The more I play with that sonically the more I like to expand on that visually."
"For the Partridge's campaign I've worked with the photographer that I always work with [Thom Kerr]. We like to embrace an element of surrealism and creativity in our shoots, and have created a little world around the jewels and what the Dream Catcher collection means. I very much relate to the idea of dreams and that dream catcher symbol because so much of my music comes from dreams."
"I love op shops, there's so much amazing second hand stuff in LA. I love this place called Jet Rag, love the Good Will Stores, Salvation Army and Red Cross — they have amazing stuff."
"I'm a bit more tuned into the [fashion] scene down here and in Australia [than LA]. I love Stolen Girlfriends Club and a lot of Australian designers like Desert Designs. There's great fashion down under."
"As a woman you change, I'm always attracted to different things. Back in the day I would only ever wear dresses, I had a more girly style, but nowadays I'm way more comfortable in pants and a jean jacket and sharp hair. I think style is a language that you're always learning and developing. The best designers are the ones that grow with you and help you evolve your own style."
"The food is great in LA. They have this area downtown called Little Tokyo, it's all amazing Japanese food. And there's Mexican of course. I'm a big foodie."
"I've always got my finger on the pulse with underground music that's coming out in different parts of the world. There's this band called Jaga Jazzist out of Norway. They're an incredible instrumental band that I've been listening to a lot and working with a bit."
"I really like M.A.C. Ruby Woo and Nars lip colours. I wear Stila liquid eye liner and for skincare I just use coconut cream, it makes your skin so smooth."
"Being on tour is always inspiring because you're visiting all these strange places. Driving across America on a tour bus through the desert was amazing — I've always had a fascination with the desert."
"I like reading things about philosophy, religion and psychology — anything that's about the human brain or heart. I didn't get to go to university so that's my way of keeping my brain hungry."

"I'm really into Thai massage, if I've got time off in LA that's the one thing I'll treat myself to."
"I'm watching House of Cards at the moment, I'm really addicted to that."
"I'm always watching David Attenborough, I'm obsessed with Planet Earth. Before I go to bed I watch him, it's kinda geeky."
