BOY CRAZY
Tom Ford loves the provactive tease, as shown in his new Lips & Boys collection. "I love seeing a woman in a man's suit. Why not have a lipstick named after a man?" he asks. The American designer well and truly mixes it up by naming 50 shades of lipstick after 50 men. Some are famous, some are friends (often both) and some are chosen just because he liked the name.
This limited edition collection, Ford’s third annual boys’ own outing and the first to be sold in New Zealand, will be available exclusively at Smith & Caughey’s Queen St and David Jones, Wellington, from Monday.
This year 25 extra ‘boys’ have been added to the party, with 10 getting matte finish shades. They sit alongside creams and metallics. Each boy lipstick costs $55, with a trio box available.
EMPIRE'S EMBRACE
Empire fans will be seeing more of its smoking hot stars Taraji P. Henson and Jussie Smollett as the next faces of M.A.C Viva Glam. The lipstick fundraiser which gives all sales proceeds to Aids charities is currently fronted by singer Ariana Grande whose chosen colours are matte orchid pink and dark plum.
