KEY POINTS:
Forget high-tech, gentleman geek designer Adam Huffman has created the Cobalt concept pocket watch.
This stunning bit of days-gone-by-tech features an OLED display, which shows the time, date and temperature - plus updates for email, SMS and voicemail.
The concept is Bluetooth compatible and one image doing the rounds indicates it can play music as well.
It carries voice recognition software and is completely customisable from the analogue style seen here through to full-on digital glory.
While the Cobalt is still in the concept stage, reaction around the web has been overwhelmingly positive. This new take on a very old product could be the hottest thing since the original, style-free, Casio digital watch.
