New Zealand's Dan King-Turner has maintained his solid form to reach the quarterfinals of a US$15,000 ($19,500) Futures claycourt tennis event in Spain.
Having won his previous tournament in Japan a fortnight ago, King-Turner progressed through three rounds of qualifying to reach the main draw in the event at Alicante.
He then beat Spaniard Javier Ramos-Martinez in the first round 6-2 6-3 and today accounted for Argentine Agustin Picco in the second round 6-1 6-3, his 10th win in succession.
