KEY POINTS:
New Zealand No 1 Marina Erakovic won the doubles and is in the final of the US$25,000 ($32,300) La Coruna Challenger tennis tournament on clay in Spain.
Erakovic, 19, ranked 176 and the tournament's top seed, beat 242nd ranked Andrea Hlavackova of the Czech Republic 6-1 6-3 in the semifinal.
In the final she will play Portugal's Neuza Silva, the fourth seed who is ranked at 277.
It will be Erakovic's seventh singles final at US$25,000 or US$50,000 level.
So far she has had five wins and one loss in finals.
In doubles, as top seeds Erakovic and Britain's Melanie South won the title against second seeds Hlavackova and Germany's Justine Ozga 6-1 4-6 6-4.
It is Erakovic's second doubles title after winning at Padova in Italy earlier this month.
