America's Cup sail maker Gerry Moosbrugger has died in Valencia.
Moosbrugger, 28, was on his way home from the Victory Challenge base on his motorcycle on November 2 when he was hit by a car. He died a day later at Valencia's University Hospital.
He worked at the North Sails loft in Auckland in 1999 where he was recruited by Grant Dalton as sail programme manager for his round-the-world projects Club Med and Nautor Challenge.
