In an interview on the Alinghi website, former cup skipper Dawn Riley was asked about some of the things which have least impressed her in this cup.
"I'm not impressed with the arbitration panel, with what has gone on with OneWorld and the Loyal campaign," Riley said.
"It's perfectly acceptable for the Kiwis to feel strong loyalty to their team, but the Loyalty campaign is a waste of money and time."

Alinghi teamed up with some of the media for a game of golf at Muriwai this week.
Brad Butterworth teamed up with Angus Phillips of the Washington Post and beat Russell Coutts and Tim Jeffrey of the Daily Telegraph. Phillips was given a two-stroke advantage and Jeffrey one.
Seems Butterworth and Coutts are both pretty even, so the difference came down to Phillips and Jeffrey.
With little golf experience, it is understood Phillips played pretty well and possibly should have started on the same level as Jeffrey. Apparently not a word was spoken about a certain sailing event going on in Auckland at the moment.

Alinghi gear is selling like hotcakes in Switzerland.
Initially it was slow to sell but since the team won the Louis Vuitton Cup stockists have had to reorder gear.
And only the brightest and boldest clothes bearing the name of Alinghi's race boat SUI64 will do.
Apparently in high schools you are not deemed cool unless you have an Alinghi bag.
