New Zealand mid-courter, Laura Langman, was today confirmed fit to play in the world netball championship after incurring a foot injury six weeks ago.
Silver Ferns Coach Ruth Aitken today confirmed her 12 players originally named for the week-long world championships starting in Auckland tomorrow.
They are Irene van Dyk, Maria Tutaia, Jodi Te Huna, Paula Griffin, Adine Wilson (captain), Maree Bowden, Laura Langman, Julie Seymour (vice-captain), Leana de Bruin, Casey Williams, Joline Henry and Sheryl Scanlan.
"Laura has shown great determination after being diagnosed with the stress fracture in her left foot and has worked closely with our medical team under-going a progressive rehabilitation programme," Aitken said.
"It is great for the team to now have her back on court."
