The Western Flyers will have an Australian netball influence next year with the inclusion of Sydney Surf's midcourt player Susan Diver-Tuck in their squad. Diver-Tuck, 23, had a trial with the Flyers for the first time in Wanganui at the weekend.
She came across the Tasman because she wanted to try something new after five years with the Sydney Surfs.
The former Australian age-group representative has had little court time with the Sydney team. She will shift to New Zealand in February.
