Auckland teenager Natasha Krishna finished fourth in the Queensland 72-hole championship at Brisbane last week.
Krishna, 15, a St Kentigern College pupil who plays at the Auckland Golf Club, was two shots out of the three-way playoff for first place.
The winner was Queenslander Jane Evans.
Of the other New Zealanders in the field, Jackie Shin of Rotorua was seventh, Stephanie Slavich of Hamilton was 10th and Sarah Bradley of Cambridge came 15th.
