American Steve Stricker and Australian Aaron Baddeley birdied the final hole to move one shot clear of world number one Tiger Woods after the BMW Championship third round today.
Stricker, who won the Barclays Classic two weeks ago, made a spectacular eagle two at the eighth plus five birdies to shoot a seven-under 64 for a 15-under tally of 198.
Baddeley finished with two successive birdie threes to fire a 65.
Woods, a triple winner here, mixed seven birdies with a single bogey for a 65 as he chased the 60th title of his career.
Briton Justin Rose was in fourth place after picking up shots at the last two holes for a 69 and 203.
