American golfer Ben Curtis held an eight-stroke lead with seven holes to play when the Booz Allen Classic was suspended because of lightning yesterday, with 46 players yet to complete their rounds.
Play was set to resume this morning at the TPC Avenel course in Maryland.
Curtis was at 23-under after 11 holes. New Zealand's Grant Waite was at nine-under after 14 holes when play was suspended.
