Krishna shot a final-round 2-under 72 to tie with Tasmanian Ashlee Dewhurst on 2-under 294.
Krishna won the playoff on the third hole at Adelaide's Grange Golf Club. Krishna is studying at the University of Las Vegas on a golf scholarship.
