New Zealand golfer Michael Campbell turned in a disappointing round in the US$7.5 million ($11.78 million) WGC-Bridgestone Invitational in Ohio to tumble down the leader board on the second day.
He started the day at the Firestone Country Club course in Akron, Ohio, in a tie for fourth but shot 71, dropping four shots in his last six holes.
He trails leader Tiger Woods by seven shots.
Campbell, tied for 12th, hit a double bogey and three bogeys in his last six holes after being near the lead for much of the day.
On the second-tier Nation Wide Tour of the US there was more bad news for NZ when first round leader Michael Long fired a 5 over par 77.
Long is now four shots behind the leaders after a horror round that included four double bogeys, four bogeys and three birdies.
