A six over par third round 78 saw Mark Brown's hopes of victory slip away in the Ballantine's Championship at Jeju, South Korea, as biting winds wreaked with scores on the mountainous course.
Brown, joint leader after his first round 65, is now in joint 11th place on 216, six shots shy of leader Dutchman Robert-Jan Derksen heading into the final round.
Derksen's three-over-par 75 gave him a 54-hole total of six-under par 210, two strokes clear of Spain's Pablo Martin (74) in the 2.1 million euros ($4.97 million) event on South Korea's Jeju island.
The weather is set to continue to be a major factor in the final round, with strong winds forecast.
