Poland goalkeeper Tomasz Kuszczak has joined English soccer giants Manchester United from second division West Bromwich Albion, United said on their website today.
Kuszczak came to West Brom from Bundesliga club Hertha Berlin in 2004, making over 30 Premier League appearances before West Brom were relegated.
He was a part of Poland's 2006 World Cup squad, but did not play in the tournament.
United manager Alex Ferguson said: "He has plenty of ability and knows what challenges the Premiership presents. I am sure he will benefit from working alongside a great keeper like Edwin van der Sar."
