AMSTERDAM (AP) Defenders Bruno Martins Indi and Jetro Willems have pulled out of the Netherlands squad to play its final match of the year, a friendly against fellow World Cup-bound side Colombia.
Martins Indi missed the Netherlands 2-2 draw with Japan on Saturday in Genk after straining a muscle in training. Willems suffered a knee injury after coming on as a second-half substitute.
Couch Louis van Gaal called up uncapped Vitesse Arnhem defender Patrick van Aanholt on Sunday as a replacement for the match against Colombia on Tuesday in Amsterdam.
